Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Polish & Pore Esthetics Co., your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we appreciate your cooperation with the following policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and do not reschedule for another available appointment during the same week, you will be charged lose deposit of the required for service.
Same-Week Rescheduling
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice but reschedule and complete your appointment within the same calendar week, the deposit can be applied to new schedule service.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Important Information
* The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before booking a future appointment.
* Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
* Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled if there is not enough time remaining to complete the service.
* By booking an appointment with Polish & Pore Esthetics Co., you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At Polish & Pore Esthetics Co., we value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the full luxury experience they deserve, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
15-Minute Grace Period:
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time.
* Arrivals within 15 minutes may still be serviced, depending on the service and remaining appointment time.
* Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeited appointment.
* If your appointment is forfeited due to being more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be non-refundable and forfeited.
* A new appointment must be booked, and a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
* Please notify us as soon as possible if you know you are running late. Notification does not guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated.
